1. Service Fees

HireNow Lanka charges fees for selected website services.

The payment is valid for a one-month period. Users who require extended access must make an additional payment for the relevant period.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made to HireNow Lanka are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated or access has been granted.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Failure to use the service
  • Incorrect information submitted by users
  • Expired access periods
  • Dissatisfaction after employers and job seekers have connected

3. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • A payment was deducted multiple times by mistake
  • Technical issues prevented access to paid services
  • The service was not activated after successful payment

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

4. Fake or Misleading Information

HireNow Lanka is not responsible for inaccurate, false, or misleading information posted by users, employers, or workers. Users are advised to independently verify details before hiring or accepting jobs.

5. Account Suspension

HireNow Lanka reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts involved in:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Fake job postings
  • Abuse or harassment
  • Illegal activities

No refunds will be issued for suspended accounts due to policy violations.
